The client was looking to strip their newly purchased, previously remodeled, 2000 SF + double height condo/loft down to its bones, bringing to life its original industrial character. A minimal, but approachable, design solution was then developed around the clients’ specific programmatic needs.

Role: Project architect: responsible for client interaction, design, documentation, budget, staff management, permitting, project delivery, and construction administration.
