Mueller Airport Redevelopment

Two project types and fifteen unique design concepts developed for Standard Pacific Homes to be built in the transit-oriented, mixed-use, Mueller Airport Redevelopment. A new concept for the neighborhood, the "Mueller House", four and six unit multi-family condominiums, were designed to appear more akin to large custom single family homes than condominium buildings.

Role: Designer for the massing and elevation concepts, taking the lead role for most concepts. Floor plans were provided. Reviewed drawings for compliance with concepts. Visited regularly with the Mueller New Construction Council to ensure that our designs were in-line with the established neighborhood vision.
