The owners of this aging retail project were interested in reversing the trend of the tenants and their associated customers leaving. Multiple concepts were proposed.

Shown is the most aggressive of all the concepts, which attempts to draw attention to the project through the use of bright colors and industrial materials, referencing the linear high-speed nature of the highway through its design.

Role: Project designer; instructed to develop multiple concepts at varying cost levels and with different looks.
